HideAway Lake Mobile Estates

Just north of the growing community of Valley Center, California, nestled off the highway and secluded from all the hustle and noises of the cities and highways is the gated community of HideAway Lake Mobile Estates.

HideAway Mobile Estates is a 55+ senior park with 130 home sites with buffered land that creates a real feel of country living. Another nice feature is each mobile home is owned by the resident. Due to drought conditions, our lake does not always sustain.

Available utilities include; SDGE electrical + natural gas, city water, and access to our own sewage treatment plant. Continuing to provide the best possible service, our underground utilities and infrastructure were updated in 2004. New paint and Park beautification are always top priority and continually ongoing. 

Our location has become a gateway for residents to begin their travel adventures or visiting major cities of Southern California. At an elevation of 1300 ft above sea level, residents are a mere thirty miles from the ocean or desert parks and recreational facilities. San Diego is 60 miles to the South, and nearby Highway 15, which is a super highway to Los Angeles and the Inland Empire. 

The city of Valley Center has several markets, gas stations, restaurants, medical offices, post office, bank, casinos, and business establishments within the city limits. Our fire department is located one mile from our gate.
